Warranty policy

NVX stands behind what it builds. Titli by NVX has a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. Enterprise drones carry the warranty stated in their quotation.

What is covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that appear during normal use within 6 months of delivery.
  • Faults in the electronics, motors, flapping mechanism, charger and remote control that are not caused by an accident or misuse.
  • A battery that will not charge or hold charge within the warranty period, when it has been charged with the supplied charger.

What is not covered

  • Damage from crashes, drops, collisions, water, fire, or flying in rain, strong wind or extreme heat.
  • Normal wear of wings, wing film and other parts that wear with use, and gradual battery capacity loss.
  • Damage from using a different charger or battery, or from not following the user manual and safety guidance.
  • Products opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than NVX.
  • Cosmetic marks that do not affect flight, and loss or theft.

How to make a claim

  • Contact NVX by WhatsApp, phone or email with your order number, a description of the problem, and a short video if possible.
  • Our team first tries to fix the problem remotely, as many issues are solved by recalibration or charging steps.
  • If the product needs inspection, NVX shares a return address or arranges pickup. Within warranty, NVX pays for return shipping.

What NVX will do

For a covered defect, NVX repairs the product free of charge or replaces the faulty part. If repair is not possible, NVX replaces the product. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the rest of the original warranty period, or 30 days, whichever is longer.

Out-of-warranty repair

Damage that is not covered can still be repaired at NVX's New Delhi service centre at a fair, pre-approved cost. You receive an estimate before any work starts.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and does not limit them.
