Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use nvxone.com or buy from NVX, the brand of TROUGON UAV TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, New Delhi. By placing an order or submitting a form, you agree to them.

Prices and GST

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Titli by NVX is ₹50,000 including 5% GST (HSN 880691), with free shipping in India. A GST invoice is issued for every order. If you need a GST input-credit invoice, please enter your GSTIN when ordering or contact us before dispatch.

Orders and payment

  • An order is confirmed only after Razorpay confirms your payment and NVX sends an order confirmation.
  • NVX may cancel an order and give a full refund if a product is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or the order appears fraudulent.
  • Delivery, cancellation, refund and warranty terms are in our separate policies, which form part of these terms.

Quotations

Saksham, Rocket 01, BAAZ, FPV parts orders and fleet services are sold by written quotation. A quotation is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise. Its specifications, delivery schedule, payment milestones, training and warranty terms apply to that purchase.

Your responsibilities as a drone operator

  • You must fly lawfully, following the Drone Rules, 2021 and DGCA directions, including registration on Digital Sky, a remote pilot certificate where required, and airspace zone permissions.
  • Do not fly over people, crowds, airports, defence installations or other restricted zones without permission. Respect privacy and local rules.
  • Some products and services, including defence, police and other government work, are supplied only to eligible buyers with the required approvals. NVX may refuse an order that it believes could be unlawful or unsafe.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos and videos may be rendered or enhanced for presentation. Flight time, range and other performance figures depend on conditions such as wind, temperature, payload and battery age.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, NVX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by unlawful, careless or unsafe operation. NVX's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Intellectual property

The NVX name, logo, product names (Saksham, Rocket 01, BAAZ, Titli by NVX), designs, photos, videos and website content belong to TROUGON UAV TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Do not copy them without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be handled through our grievance process, and are otherwise subject to the courts of New Delhi, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
