What we collect

• Contact details you enter in a form or at checkout: name, phone, email, delivery address and PIN code.
• Order, enquiry, repair and grievance details you share, such as drone model, fault description and photos.
• Payment confirmations from Razorpay. NVX never sees or stores your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, if analytics is enabled. This data is not linked to your form details.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and process orders, deliveries, refunds and warranty claims.
• To run repairs and keep service records.
• To issue GST invoices and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
• To improve the website. NVX does not sell your data and does not send marketing without your consent.

Who processes it for us

Your data is shared only with service providers that help us run the business: Razorpay (payments), our hosting provider Hostinger (website and database), our email provider and FormSubmit (form notifications to the NVX team), courier partners (delivery), and Google Analytics if enabled. Each receives only what it needs. We may also disclose data where Indian law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as GST and tax laws require, currently up to 8 years. Repair records are kept for the warranty period plus 24 months. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Security

The website uses HTTPS encryption, payments are handled on Razorpay's secure checkout, and access to customer records is restricted to authorised NVX staff.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you, as allowed by the DPDP Act. Contact us using the details below or the contact form. We will respond within 30 days. Data we must keep by law, such as invoices, cannot be deleted until the legal period ends.

Cookies

The website uses essential cookies for the cart, checkout and admin sign-in. Analytics cookies are used only if analytics is enabled, and they do not collect your form details.

Children

Our products and forms are meant for adults. A person under 18 should use the website and buy products only with a parent or guardian's consent.

Changes and complaints

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Privacy complaints are handled under our grievance redressal policy.
