Cancellation and refund policy

This policy covers online orders paid on nvxone.com, such as Titli by NVX. Enterprise drones, FPV parts orders and repair jobs follow the terms in their written quotation or job card.

Cancel before dispatch

You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Call or WhatsApp NVX, or reply to your order confirmation email, with your order number. You will receive a full refund, including GST.

Cancel after dispatch

Once the order has shipped, you can refuse the parcel at delivery. When it returns to NVX unopened, we refund the full amount. Opened products follow the return rules below.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

  • Tell NVX within 48 hours of delivery if the product arrives damaged, does not work out of the box, or is not what you ordered.
  • Share photos or the unboxing video and your order number.
  • NVX arranges free pickup. After a quick inspection, we send a replacement or give a full refund, whichever you prefer.
  • Problems that appear after this window are handled under the warranty policy.

7-day return for unused products

  • You may return an unused product within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and wings, and must not have been flown or charged beyond the first check.
  • Contact NVX first. The customer sends the return to our New Delhi address by an insured courier.
  • After inspection, we refund the product price. Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts may receive a partial refund or be returned to you.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Products sourced or configured to your specification, such as special-order FPV parts, once the order has been placed with the supplier.
  • Enterprise drones delivered against a quotation or purchase order, except as the quotation states.
  • Repair and maintenance services that have already been carried out, and parts already fitted.

How refunds are paid

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) through our payment partner Razorpay.
  • NVX starts the refund within 2 business days of approving it. Your bank usually credits it within 5 to 7 business days.
  • If a payment was deducted but the order failed, the amount is reversed automatically, normally within 5 to 7 business days. Contact NVX if you do not see it.

Repair jobs

Diagnosis charges and repair estimates are shared before work starts. If you decline an estimate, you only pay the diagnosis charge stated on your job card, and the drone is returned as received.
