Shipping policy

Every online order from nvxone.com, including Titli by NVX, ships free to any serviceable PIN code in India. The price you see already includes 5% GST, so there is nothing extra to pay at delivery.

Shipping charges

  • Shipping is free on all online orders delivered within India. No shipping fee is added at checkout.
  • The displayed price includes GST. NVX does not collect any extra amount on delivery.
  • Enterprise drones (Saksham, Rocket 01, BAAZ) and FPV parts orders are delivered as agreed in the written quotation, which states any delivery, installation or training charges.

Dispatch time

  • In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • If a dispatch is delayed, NVX will contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email with a new date. You may cancel for a full refund if you do not want to wait.

Delivery time

  • Metro cities: usually 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: usually 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
  • North-East states, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep: up to 12 business days.
  • These are estimates from our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Weather, strikes or local restrictions can cause delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, NVX sends the courier name and tracking number to the email and phone number you gave at checkout. You can also ask for an update on WhatsApp at any time.

Lithium battery handling

Titli and NVX drones contain lithium batteries, which are shipped by surface transport in line with courier rules for batteries. This is why some remote PIN codes take longer. Every battery is packed at a safe storage charge level.

Receiving your parcel

  • Please check that the outer box is sealed and undamaged before accepting it.
  • We recommend recording an unboxing video, from the sealed box to switching the product on.
  • If the box is damaged, write 'received damaged' on the delivery slip, or refuse the parcel, and tell NVX within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video. We will send a replacement or refund under our cancellation and refund policy.

Address and delivery attempts

Please enter a complete address with PIN code and a reachable phone number. The courier usually makes up to three delivery attempts. If a parcel returns to NVX because the address was wrong or the buyer could not be reached, we will contact you to re-ship it or refund it.

Delivery outside India

Online orders are currently delivered within India only. For international enquiries, contact NVX with your country and requirement; export is handled by quotation and is subject to Indian export rules.
