1. Request and photos
Submit the model, payload, flight logs if available, and photos or video.
2. Pickup or drop-off
Drop off in Connaught Place, courier from anywhere in India, or ask about on-site assessment in Delhi NCR.
3. Diagnosis and quote
A technician inspects the drone and quotes parts, labour and timeline. Nothing starts without your approval.
4. Repair, calibrate, test
Repair, calibration of IMU, compass, gimbal and vision, then a test flight where safe.
5. Return with report
You get a service report. Fleets can add a maintenance plan (AMC).
