On-site support questions
Which cities do you cover for on-site support?
Delhi NCR (New Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad) most often, and other Indian cities for training, demos and fleet work, with travel quoted separately.
How long is an operator training session?
It depends on the drone, the team size and what you need to learn. NVX suggests the right length after understanding your requirement.
Is the training a DGCA remote pilot certificate?
No. NVX provides product and operations training on your drone. A Remote Pilot Certificate is issued through DGCA-authorised training organisations.
Can you demonstrate Saksham at our site?
Yes, subject to airspace permission and site safety. Share your location and date in the form.
How much does on-site support cost?
It depends on the service, location, team size and duration. NVX shares a quote before anything is booked.
