If a battery is swollen, punctured, leaking, hot or smells unusual, stop using it immediately. Keep it away from heat and flammable material and do not charge it. Contact NVX for guidance before transporting a damaged battery.

2. Drop off or courier
Visit us in Connaught Place, New Delhi, or courier the drone from anywhere in India.
3. Diagnosis and quote
A technician inspects the drone and shares the fault and repair cost before any work starts.
4. Repair and test
Approved repairs are carried out, then the drone is calibrated and test-flown where safe.
5. Return with report
You get the drone back with a summary of the work done. Track progress any time on the service-status page.

Can a swollen drone battery be repaired?
No. A swollen lithium battery is unsafe and must be replaced. We advise on safe disposal.
Why is my drone battery not charging?
Common causes are a faulty charger, a deeply discharged battery, a damaged port or a battery-management fault. We test each one.
Why has my flight time dropped?
Lithium cells wear with use and age. We test cell health and tell you whether replacement is needed.
Can I courier a damaged drone battery?
Damaged lithium batteries have strict shipping rules. Contact us first; we will advise the safe option.
